Neel Doshi

Neel Doshi is the co-founder of Vega Factor, also known as Factor.AI, was founded in 2015. He’s also the co-author of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller Primed to Perform, which talks about how psychology can be combined with practical strategies to build high-performing workplace cultures.

Before founding Vega Factor, Neel worked as a partner at McKinsey & Company, CTO, and founding member of an award-winning tech startup. He’s an MIT engineer and a Wharton MBA. Outside of work, Neel enjoys woodworking (though he jokingly calls himself “mediocre”) and photography.

Neel is known for his ability to uncover insights in complex data, bring together diverse teams, and deliver speeches that inspire action. These strengths are reflected in Vega Factor’s technology, which uses AI to help organizations transform their cultures and develop high-performing teams. Neel is especially excited about how AI can unlock new ways of working and deliver remarkable outcomes.

Neel aims to help achieve a future where every person works in a motivating job – Vega Factor's mission by 2050. His talk at Responsive Conference 2025 will combine his expertise in human performance with the potential of AI, encouraging audiences to rethink how technology and people can work together to achieve greatness and mold individuals into people who are Primed to Perform.
