Jaime Woolf

Jamie Woolf has spent more than 20 years helping companies improve their workplace culture and learning programs. She was Pixar’s first Director of Culture, where she helped shape a more inclusive workplace. She helped create opportunities for women and people of color to direct Pixar films, tackled hiring biases, and improved career growth for underrepresented employees.

Now, she runs Creativity Partners, a company that helps teams and organizations strengthen collaboration and innovation. Her signature keynote program, Cultivating Constructive Disruption at Work, teaches businesses how to create healthy, high-performing workplaces where employees feel valued and heard.

Her work was also featured in the book Creativity, Inc., written by former Pixar President Ed Catmull, who praised her ability to create real change in the workplace. Today, she continues to coach executives and lead workshops on leadership, creative problem-solving, storytelling, strategic thinking, and inclusive work environments.

At Responsive Conference 2025, Woolf will focus on the role of storytelling in shaping company culture and leadership. She’ll share lessons from her time at Pixar, explaining how storytelling can be used to inspire teams, drive change, and build strong workplace relationships. She’ll also guide attendees through practical exercises to improve their ability to tell compelling workplace stories.
