Culture as a Backbone in Chaotic Times: How Internal Culture Fuels Adaptation to the Changing World Around Us

In a moment when climate and equity work are under fire, some organizations are shrinking back – while others are rising with clarity and courage. This fireside chat features team coach Allan Silva and McKnight Foundation’s Jacques Hebert, exploring how internal culture can serve as the infrastructure for resilience, trust, and integrity in politically charged times. Moderated by Andrea Robb, this session will unpack how McKnight used the Integral framework (I/We/It/Its) and team-based coaching to create coherence across leadership, strengthen adaptive decision-making, and align internal integrity with bold external impact. This is not about slogans – it’s about how organizations design and live their values when it matters most.
